Additional Information and Rates

Spring and Summer Rates (June thru September):
|
- $600.00 per week (Sunday check-in and check-out)
- $100.00 per night (Friday, Saturday or Holidays with 2 night minimum)
- $75.00 per night (Sunday thru Thursday)

Fall and Winter Rates (October thru May):
|
- $400.00 per week (Sunday check-in and check-out)
- $75.00 per night (Friday, Saturday or Holidays with 2 night minimum)
- $60.00 per night (Sunday thru Thursday)

Deposit and Payment Terms
|
| A $100 Security and Cleaning Deposit that is separate from the total rate
of your stay, will be required and due at the time of booking for rentals of
three or more days. The deposit will be mailed back to you after you
checkout and the cabin is found clean, without damages and no items from the
cabin are missing. 50% of the total rate for your stay is due 30 days prior to
check-in and the remainder is due at check-in. |
| The cabin must be left clean and in the condition that it was rented to you
as per the signed checklist. If you prefer to have management "contract" someone
to do the cleaning, it can be arranged for a $20 per hour (min. 2 hours) and it
will be deducted from the $100 security deposit. |

Cancellations of less than 2 weeks from date of scheduled stay will cause the
security deposit to be forfeited.
